Phoebe Howard seems to be everywhere in newspapers, design magazines and decor blogs these days, and it's no surprise why. Her rooms have a tailored and serene feeling to them. She started decorating later in life at age 38, but less than 15 years later her business empire now includes a design service, multiple stores, and a blog where her furnishings and home accessories can be purchased.
