We had lunch at one of my favorite San Diego spots the other day, the Hotel Del Coronado. Sheerwater, one of the many restaurants located at the Hotel Del, offers a gorgeous view of the Pacific as well as delicious California cuisine (American food, but much healthier than we usually find at home). I've visited the Hotel Del many times, but have never stayed or eaten there until now. It was a perfect experience that I'll treasure for a long time.
