Best...Vinegar...Ever
I'm no gourmet, but this balsamic vinegar from Williams-Sonoma is the best I've ever tasted. It's aged for decades to give it an amazing balance of sharpness and sweetness. At $24 a pop it's not a bad deal, considering the 15.5 fl. oz. size of the bottle. It can be drizzled over strawberries, or eaten with pears and brie...the acidity of the vinegar would really bring out the sweetness of any fruit. I'd also love to try it with grilled steak before the season's over, but it's good enough to enjoy alone with some crusty bread.
