Moroccan Zellige Tiles

I am totally lusting over the lacquered look of Moroccan zellige tiles. Zellige is terra cotta tile that's covered in enamel, which is what gives it its characteristic super shiny look. Isn't it gorgeous? I'd love to renovate one of my bathrooms and cover the walls with these tiles. They're available from Emery & Cie.

  1. I've always loved Moroccan tiles. Few months ago i had my kitchen and my bathroom redone and i used Moroccan mosaic tiles for my kitchen backsplash and my shower walls as far as the floors i used glazed emerals green Moroccan subway tiles known as Bejmat. I also ordered two large custom contemporary Moroccan pendant lights for my kitchen and bathroom.
